Blanket Permits will be issued at the discretion of Highway Commissioner Alesi upon request and review.

Instructions for Driveway Access and Utility Permit Application Requests:
- Download Permit Application,
- Complete and sign (all necessary signatures) and
- Return application via email to the Highway Commissioner roadcommissioner@rutlandtownship.com (or via USPS/FedEx/UPS)
- Appropriate Fees must be mailed via USPS or FedEx or UPS to the Township Offices :
